Can I pump while driving?

We highly recommend that you do not use while operating a vehicle or in a passenger seat. 

Do I have to wear a special bra?

You can wear any bra, as long as the pump is firmly against the breast with no gaps it should be fine. In the box there is a bra adjustment buckle that can hang from a nursing bra. 

How much milk can the pump hold?

250mls 

Can I pump if I have a ICD (implantable cardioverter defibrillator) ?

No. Do not use our pump if you have an active ICD or pacemaker that can be affected by a magnetic field.  

What does the red flashing light mean?

That the battery is low and should be charged.

How long does it take to charge if it went flat?

Around 2 hours and making sure you are using a 5W power adapter.

Does the pump come with an adapter?

No. The USB charging cord is provided, but no power adapter.

Will the pump leak if I bend over?

No, the pump will only leak if you turn it upside down.

Is it a hospital grade suction?

Yes, our pumps are the same vacuum suction level of 300mmHg as the hospital grade pumps.

Does the pump work well with smaller or larger breasts?

Yes it does. We have trialled and tested our product on a range of women ranging from A cups to DD and it has worked wonders for all.

Where do you ship to?

At this stage we are only shipping to Australia and New Zealand.
